I just wanted to take a few moments to sy “thank you” from me and my dog, Daisy, that we now have cool air. I left her totally stretched out on the bed enjoying the cool comfort of our home this morning.

I also wanted to say a special “thank you: to the crew that installed my new unit. Everyone was polite, courteous and mannerly, and went beyond themselves by bringing my spoiled dog in, closing th windows, and locking my doors when they left. And they cleaned up behind themselves!

Tim and Rob make a great team and are very knowledgeable about the product they sell and service. We are home intermittently which made scheduling the meeting for an estimate and the installation challenging. Tim and Rob were very patient with us and went above and beyond to accommodate our scheduling needs by meeting us on weekends and evenings. We even arranged for our Bryant AC to be installed while we were away from home. Upon returning home, we noticed a vent pipe was not braced securely and to code. Tim told us that this pipe would be braced properly during installation and it must have been overlooked. We called GS Mechanical and someone was out in a few days to correct the problem.

We had no worries of having the installation done while we were away as it is obvious to us that all of the employees of GS Mechanical are of good character and moral value. Since the day of our wedding in 2010 when a technician came to rescue us from a low charge on our old unit, we knew we had found our HVAC service provider. Even the newbie, Marc, proved to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
